Can I change the items on my order with Klarna as the payment type?

Unfortunately, no. With Klarna as the payment type, we are unable to change the items in your order. We are not able to accommodate order cancellations or change requests once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order at checkout as we are not responsible for incorrect information entered during the checkout process. 

However, if you need to cancel your order that was just placed,please reach out to Customer Support. When completing the Contact Customer Support form, select “I would like to cancel or make a change to my recent order” and we will try to accommodate your request.
