# How can I unsubscribe from emails, text messages, or physical mailing lists?

Tired of receiving messages from us? You can find directions for unsubscribing from our mailing lists below. We'll be sad, of course, but not offended. 

**Unsubscribe from Emails**  
You can remove yourself from our marketing emails by following the unsubscribe links found at the bottom of any of our marketing emails. Please note that you will still receive transactional, order tracking, and customer support emails if you place an order or reach out to our team.

**Unsubscribe from Text/SMS Messages**  
Please reply "STOP" within the text message thread in which you are receiving marketing communications from Bloomscape to remove yourself from that messaging list. Our [Customer Support](https://bloomscape.com/contact-us/) team can help remove you if you are having trouble with this on your end.

**Stop Receiving Physical Mailers**  
To be added to our do-not-mail list, please contact our [Customer Support](https://bloomscape.com/contact-us/) team with your request. Please include your full name and the full delivery address at which you have received a mailer, postcard, catalog, or other physical pieces of mail. Note: mail pieces are made months in advance, so it may take up to 6-8 weeks for the change to go into effect.
