What are weather holds? Will my order be affected by a weather hold?

The safety and health of our plants is one of our highest priorities. At times, especially during the colder months, we may exclude certain areas of the country for shipment until a later date when temperatures are a bit more mild. 

We use the shipping zip code to calculate the expected weather at the destination and along the shipping route to determine if an exclusion is needed. Please feel free to check daily, as we are consistently watching weather patterns and updating those areas that are potentially dangerous for our plant friends.
