If you aren't seeing one of your orders under your Bloomscape account, it's likely because you checked out as a guest and were not signed in at the time of purchase. This does not always mean that your order did not go through, though! Check for a confirmation email with the order number and order details.
You can always look up an order's status using your email address and order number on our tracking website here, but if you would like to have an order moved under your account for you to reference, please contact Customer Support and we'd be happy to help out!
